You know I love you, hon, so in the interest of helping you to improve let me offer some constructive criticisms...
(1) I love these beach images, they are gorgeous. But you are continually getting the horizon crooked. That's normal when you're shooting spontaneously without a tripod. Do you know how to correct it in PS? With a few exceptions, I would say you should always correct that in beach shots.
(2) Your framing and vignette-ing. Personal opinion here, but I think that framing every shot and vignetting it is kind of overkill and is, in some cases (such as this photo), detracting from a beautiful image. It's nice if you want to do it on special images to highlight something, but generally speaking, I think it's going to take away from beach shots.
If this was my image, I was correct the horizon firstly. Then I would mess around with perhaps cropping it to a square- something that will highlight the birds. Some of the blue of the deeper water, a little of the waves coming into shore, and the birds. It's a beautiful picture, it just needs a wee bit of tweaking to get it to 100% it's best. (You could even try BNW and see how that looks!)
